When we twist body parts we create spiral structures within them, which activates the three-dimensional 'Neutro processes' (see triorigin). Our body includes various kinds of three-dimensional structures that preserve their spiral form i.e. DNA, chromosomes, convolutions of brain, intestinal loops, neurone processes, vessels and muscular tissue.

The root cause of disease is when the vital activity of the Neutro force is not strong enough to maintain health, resulting in disease developing in the spiral structure of a particular region of the body. Regular creation of stable spiral structures, with the help of twist motions, can prevent and treat diseases helping to keep our body in a healthy and harmonious state.
There are a number of twist actions:
· In-twist and out-twist
· Left and right twist
· Bend twist and straight twist
· Contract twist and expansion twist
· Fixed twist and moving twist
· Natural twist
The majority of clients are easily able to follow a routine of twist actions prescribed by a Twist therapist as a way to rapid pain relief, without drugs or surgery. Where clients are unable to carry out twist movements due to injury or debilitation, the twist can be applied to the corresponding area of the hands.
Once again Twist Therapy as a method of treatment enables the client to be involved in their treatment plan and is something they are able to take away with them to enable the healing process to continue.
Before enrolling on our Twist Therapy courses, we recommend our students to take Level I Su Jok as a precursor which will familiarise them with the map of the body on the hands, which makes understanding Twist Therapy very easy.
